This is our Video!!

its all finished, well we are going to get some audience feed back and we will probable be some things that need tweaking. 

i am so happy with video as it is now and i really like the sped up guitar solo. To improve it, maybe shorten the photo montage as some of the photos drag on a bit, but i am very pleased with it and i would say Gemma and Molly are too.

FINISHED!!!
Today We finally finished editing. After weeks of cutting and moving clips, it's done. I'm so happy because it's nice to see the end result, all the hard work that's been put in really shows and I think it looks awesome!
Although it is completely different from the original storyboard, it still works well with the bands image.
I would say Gemma and Molly are happy with and I know I very pleased and proud of our music video.

These are my posters i have made using the pictures from the shoot and eddited them on photoshop.
I like the black and white poster the best because it looks more professional then the other, also it is a more clear picture of the band so therefor more relatable to the fans.
Although the colour poster looks alot more fun and young, which is what that band Is about, I'm not sure which one I would use as an album cover but I think both work well as posters in different ways.

Today we edited more of our video, its coming along really well. at first we had some complications with the software and then Gemma's user froze and that was a problem.
But now we are using my user and editing like usual. 
We are finding Final Cut Pro alot better the Imovie as its quicker easier and more suitable for editing, although the song is getting rather irritating its going very good.
and i personally cant wait to the end result!!!

Yay! we filmed the remaining performance shots of our music video, Finlay all the shots are finished.

we shot the band footage in Gemmas living room,  this is because the game is a family friend game where you would play in a big space, also that room had the best lighting. The band member looked much more comfortable during these shots and looked more natural and fun, which will work well in context with the other shots we already have. The whole of the performance shots were filmed on a tripod in comparison to the POV shots we previously filmed, this gave it a more professional edge, we didn't want to much home movie feel to it, as this would look to unprofessional.

Total Socalite!

I came up with and idea to make the band seem more real, i suggested making them a twitter account. Twitter is a really big social networking sight which is also used by many celebrity's, this will also be good advertisement for the band.
